McAdoo - Lewis
Sigmaro Raychell Lewis of Charlotte and Bronson DeMatus McAdoo of Charlotte exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony June 27 at 1 p.m. at St. Mark Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, with Bishop Alton A. Smith officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Raymond B. Hammond Jr. of Garner and Sylvia L. Lewis of Goldsboro and the granddaughter of Antoinette Hammond of Richmond, Va., and Ben and Christine Lewis of Goldsboro.
The groom is the son of Walter L. McAdoo and Andrecia J. McAdoo of Greensboro and the grandson of Wille Mae Jones of Greensboro.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents.
Lakisha Shipman was matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Stephanie Wingfield and LaTonya Clark.
Terrance McAdoo was best man.
Groomsmen were Brain McAdoo and Travis McAdoo.
Ushers were Michael Hill, Nicholas Hill, Raymond Hammond III, Ian Hairston and Terrell Jones.
Ciara Clark was flower girl. Joshua Wingfield was ringbearer.
Hostesses were Renee Wells, Tiffany McNair, Brittney Wells, Maranda McBride and Kristina Jones.
Damesha Smith directed the wedding.
A program of wedding music was provided by Mabel McNair, vocalist, and Johnson Music Company.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Dillard Alumni building.
The couple resides in Charlotte.
A rehearsal dinner was held at St. Mark Church fellowship hall.
