Davis - Bradshaw
GATLINBURG, Tenn. — Kristie Ranelle Bradshaw and Joseph Thomas Davis exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Oct. 17 at noon at Chapel at the Park, with Timothy McIntyre officiating.
The bride is the daughter of John Henry Bradshaw and the late Rachel Carter Edmondson of Goldsboro and the granddaughter of the late Roscoe James and Lela Pearl Newell Bradshaw and Rachel Ann Martin of Goldsboro and William Joe Carter of San Antonio, Texas.
She is a 1997 graduate of Eastern Wayne High School and a graduate of Johnston Community College graduate with a diploma in therapeutic massage. She attends Johnston Community College for an Associates in Applied Science degree.
The groom is the son of Jonathan LaRue and Terri Rye Davis of Goldsboro and the grandson of Ella Bee Davis, the late Rev. LaRue Davis and the late Wilbur Lee and Wilma Brown Rye of Goldsboro.
He is a 2002 graduate of Rosewood High School. He is employed as a product placement engineer at Coca Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated.
The bride was escorted and given in marriage by her father.
She wore a white satin gown with a pleated bodice. The strapped bodice was adorned with crystals and sequins. It had an A-line skirt with buttons down the chapel-length train.
Her headpiece was an elbow-length veil -adorned with crystals and a crystal tiara.
Amanda Enriquez was her cousin’s maid of honor.
Jonathan Davis was his son’s best man.
Groomsmen were Matthew Chad Davis, brother of the groom, and Luke Ryan Davis, brother of the groom.
Ryeley Davis, daughter of the couple, was flower girl.
Presiding at the register were Richard and Robin Warren, friends of the couple.
Special helpers were Carlie Heilmann, Donna Davis, Bee Davis, Terri Davis, Jonathan Davis and John Bradshaw.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Mojitos in the mountains in Gatlinburg.
A reception for those not attending the wedding was held Nov. 1 at Pikeville Community Center.
After a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, the couple reside in Goldsboro.
Events held before the wedding included a bachelorette party at the home of Robin Warren.
