Sherrie Elaine Whitley and Noel Gibbs of Garland exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Nov. 3 at 2 p.m. at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base Officers’ Club, with Apostle Norbert E. Simmons officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Ellis and Linda Wilson of Goldsboro and the granddaughter of the late Elder James and Eva Lewis of Goldsboro.
The groom is the son of Lula Odell Gibbs and the grandson of the late Isaiah and Lillian Gibbs.
