Ellison - Williams
GARNER — Sandra L. Williams and James A. Ellison of Garner exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony July 21 at 11 a.m. at the home of Art and Gina Jones, friends of the groom, with Steve Kirkland officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Elton W. Williams and the late Margaret A. Williams of Goldsboro.
She is employed as assistant manager at Arby’s of Garner.
The groom is the son of the late Robert M. Ellison of Greensboro.
He is employed as a crew manager at Arby’s of Garner.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.
She wore a western-style dress with long lace sleeves, a sweetheart neckline and a hankie hem bottom covered in lace.
She carried pink and white lilies, white and red roses and baby’s breath wrapped in white satin ribbon.
Sheila Morales was her friend’s matron of honor.
Megan Williams, daughter of the bride, was the bridesmaid.
Art Jones was his friend’s best man.
Selena Morale was flower girl. Gregory Foldes was ringbearer.
Terry Williams, sister-in-law of the bride, directed the wedding. Megan Williams, Gabrielle Morales and Makayla Morales distributed rice bags.
A program of wedding music was provided by Joey Williams, nephew of the bride.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the home of Art and Gina Jones.
After a wedding trip to the mountains, the couple reside in Goldsboro.
Events held before the wedding included a shower May 20 at the home of Sheila Morales hosted by Terry Williams, sister-in-law of the bride, and Ms. Morales, friend of the bride.
