Hinnant - Stout
Cheryl Rebekah Stout of Goldsboro and James Bradford Hinnant exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Dec. 16 at 2 p.m. at Grace Baptist Church, with the Rev G. James Frasher officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Jeff and Susan Stout of Fremont and the granddaughter of Edith of Quakertown, Pa., and the late Henry W. Stout and Paul and Sue Kovaly of Rancho Cordova, Calif.
She is a 2002 graduate of Wayne Christian School and attends Bob Jones University for a Bachelor of Science degree in graphic design. She is employed at Food Lion of Pikeville.
The groom is the son of Jim and Brenda Hinnant of Goldsboro and the grandson of Carlie and Burnice Hinnant and Edward and Jesse Parnell of Goldsboro.
He is a 2000 graduate of Wayne Christian School and a 2006 graduate of Bob Jones University with a Bachelor of Science degree in information technology. He is employed at Xpress Communications.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.
She wore an A-line sleeveless satin dress with silver beadwork and embroidery and a chapel-length train.
She carried an arm bouquet of dried flowers.
Keren Gunter was matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Jennifer Hinnant, Danielle Melton and Jennifer Wadsworth.
Jim Hinnant was his son’s best man.
Groomsmen were Ben McCary, Jeremy Dail and Ray Gunter.
Emily Moix was flower girl.
Martha Frasher directed the wedding. Presiding at the register was Stacie McCary. Hannah Silva and Sarah Sawyer distributed programs.
A program of wedding music was provided by Greg Stout, pianist, and Natalie Thibeaux, vocalist.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the church fellowship hall.
After a wedding trip to Orlando, Fla., the couple reside in Goldsboro.
Events held before the wedding included a lingerie shower Dec. 4 at the home of Keren Gunter, a bridal shower Nov. 11 at Grace Baptist Church hosted by Keren Gunter and Susan Stout and a bridal shower Oct. 28 at the home of Jennifer and Brenda Hinnant.
A rehearsal was held Dec. 15 at Grace Baptist Church.
