Gonzalez - Bayles
Amanda Paige Bayles of Raleigh became the bride of Eric Matthew Gonzalez of Raleigh April 23 at 3 p.m.
Dennis Pollock officiated at the double-ring ceremony at the Velvet Cloak Inn.
The bride is the daughter of Robbie and Linda Quinn of Warsaw.
James Gonzalez and Tammy Reed are parents of the groom.
Given in marriage and escorted by her mother, the bride wore a white matte satin strapless A-line gown with a three-tiered pleated band along the neckline. The princess-line gown was embellished with re-embroidered Alencon lace appliqués accented with seed pearls and sequins. The back had streamers decorated with matching Alencon lace appliqués that cascaded to the chapel-length train.
For her headpiece, she chose white pearls, flowers, white roses and purple calla lilies.
Elisha Chappel was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Scott, Mandi Stevens and Erin Gonzalez.
James Gonzalez was his son’s best man. Ushers were Kevin Holtman, Steve Chappel and Adam Bayles.
Dylanie Chappel was flower girl. Colby Stevens was ring bearer.
Debra Walker directed the wedding.
After a wedding cruise to the western Caribbean, the couple is residing in Raleigh.
The bride is a graduate of Southern Wayne High School and Wayne Community College in nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse with Wake Med Hospital.
The groom graduated from Apex High School and Wake Tech. He is employed as a store manager with American Eagle Outfitters.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Velvet Cloak Inn.
A floating shower was held at the home of Jennifer Scott.
The groom’s mother held a rehearsal dinner.
