Ryals - Bradshaw
FAISON — Bridgette Michelle Bradshaw and Adam Price Ryals were united in marriage Saturday, April 30, at 4 p.m.
Pastor Chad Pullins officiated at the double-ring ceremony at Faison United Methodist Church.
Parents of the bride are Gary and Ronda Bradshaw of Faison. She is the granddaughter of Gene and Brunetta and Charles and Dorothy Price of Faison.
Parents of the groom are Randy and Debbie Stewart of Raleigh and Dennis Ryals of Dunn. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Duke Best of Faison.
Given in marriage and escorted by her father, the bride wore a formal strapless gown. The bodice of lace was overlaid in pearls and iridescent beading. Beading encircled the neckline. The full layered skirt of illusion ended in pencil edging.. The detachable semi-cathedral train was edged in pearls and iridescent beading.
For her headpiece, she chose a three-tiered veil of illusion with pencil edging. She carried a bundle of white hibiscus flowers.
Kylie Kornegay, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Olivia Lewis and Amanda Lee of Faison and Bethany Howard of Autryville, friends of the bride, and Natalie Goodman of Faison, cousin of the bride.
Scott King was his cousin’s best man. Groomsmen were Spencer King of Faison, cousin of the groom; Brent Bradshaw of Faison, brother of the bride; and Michael Thornton and John Ashley Westbrook of Faison, friends of the groom.
Raven King, cousin of the groom, was flower girl. Evan Kornegay, nephew of the bride, was ring bearer.
Paula Jones of Goldsboro directed the wedding. Presiding at the register was Magen Clark, friend of the bride. Kara Goodman, cousin of the bride, distributed programs.
A program of wedding music was provided by Leigh Ann Underhill, pianist; Kimberly Twiddy and Randy Cashwell, vocalists; and Jerry Goodman, guitarist.
The couple will reside in Suttontown.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of North Duplin High School. She attends Sampson Community College for an associate degree in nursing. She will be employed at Sampson Regional Medical Center’s emergency department.
The groom graduated from Hobbton High School. He is employed at Food Lion of Newton Grove as the market manager.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the church fellowship hall. Jennifer Bradshaw, aunt of the bride, served the wedding cake. Erin King, friend of the bride, poured punch.
On April 29, a rehearsal dinner was held at the church. The couple chose this time to present gifts to their attendants.
Herschel and Mary John Cauldwell, uncle and aunt of the groom, held a party April 23 in Topsail Beach.
On April 9, the bride’s family held a miscellaneous shower at the home of Dorothy Price.
Amanda Lee, Sharon Lee, Pam Lindsay and Edna House held a lawn and garden shower April 3 at Garner Chapel Church.
On March 6, Faison United Methodist Church held a miscellaneous shower.
Co-workers of the bride held a Christmas shower Dec. 4 at Oliver’s Restaurant.
