DuBose - Worrells
GREENSBORO — Teshuna Arnetta Worrells and James Martin DuBose Jr. of Greensboro were united in holy matrimony Saturday, Nov. 13, at 5 p.m.
The Rev. Dr. Cardes H. Brown Jr. officiated at the double-ring ceremony at New Light Missionary Baptist Church.
The bride is the daughter of Richard Worrells (former mayor of Eureka) and Alice A. Worrells. She is the granddaughter of Rosa W. Artis of Pikeville, the late Wiley Artis, the late Exhorter Lizzie R. Hagans and the late Bishop Richard E. Worrell.
The groom is the son of Muriel DuBose-Rook and Joe Rook Jr. of Halifax and James M. DuBose Sr. of Greensboro. He is the grandson of Ethel T. Fenner of Halifax, the late Clarence Fenner, Annie DuBose of Greensboro and the late Martin DuBose.
After a wedding trip to the Poconos, the couple is residing in Greensboro.
