SOFTBALL: Eagles snap 2-game conference slide

SEVEN SPRINGS -- Kaley Hilton cranked out three hits as Rosewood handed Spring Creek a 15-0, three-inning defeat in Carolina 1-A Conference play Thursday afternoon.
Hailey Weeks and Toree Marak supplied two hits and two RBI apiece for the Eagles, who bounced back from two league losses to start the week.
Riley Jo Meyers (RBI), Macy Tyndall (RBI), Keelin Hunter (RBI) and Laine Marak each turned in a two-hit effort. Braylee Butts batted 1-for-3 with two RBI.
Macy Tyndall allowed one hit, retired four Gators on strikeouts and earned the win inside the circle.
