Ms. Edna E. Waters-Holmes, 71, Newark, N.J., formerly of LaGrange, N.C., passed Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2018.
A viewing will be held Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2018, from noon to 2 p.m. at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 U.S. 117 South, Dudley, N.C., following the viewing.
