Helen Frederick, 77, Raleigh, formerly of Goldsboro, died Saturday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
Funeral will be Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at Mount Zion Church Ministries.
She is survived by a daughter and three foster children.
Visitation will be Sunday from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the church.
Arrangements are by Majestic Funeral Home.
