Thomas Alan Britt, 48, passed away Monday at Wayne UNC Healthcare after a short battle with cancer.
He was the son of Diane Andrews and the late Benjamin Thomas Britt, and was the husband of Angela Dee Massie.
At his request, no formal services will be held.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his daughter, Emma Britt.
