Annie Mildred Atkinson Ward, 77, 635 Durham Lake Road, Dudley, died Wednesday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at St. Stephens Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be at Old Mill Cemetery.
She was born in Johnston County to Luby Sr. and Addie Cox Atkinson.
She is survived by two children.
Visitation will be Tuesday from noon to 1 p.m. at the church.
Arrangements are by J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremation.
