Linda Davis Mooring, 71, formerly of Fremont, died Monday.
Funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery.
Born in Lucama, she was the daughter of the late Edward "Bud" and Mae Bass Davis. She was married to Richard Allen Mooring.
She is survived by two children.
Visitation will be 1 to 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
