Taylor Brook Braswell, 24, died Saturday at home.
Memorial service will be 7 p.m. Thursday in Trinity Church of God of Prophecy of Kenly, with the Rev. Steve Singleton officiating.
She was born April 23, 1993, to James Michael Braswell and the late Tammy Faye Parker Rhodes.
She is survived by a son.
Visitation will be 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Church of God of Prophecy in Kenly.
