Charles Raymond Lofton Jr., 64, Seven Springs, died Sunday at Wayne UNC Health Care.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory. Interment will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home and Crematory, with the family present 6 to 7.
He was born in Lenoir County Oct. 11, 1953, to the late Bishop Charles R. Sr. and Alice Greenfield Lofton. He was married to Matilda Pearsall Lofton.
He is survived by three daughters.
