Paul Lewis, 72, died Saturday at Willow Creek Nursing and Rehab Center.
Funeral will be Thursday at noon at Woods Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, with elder Leo Deans officiating. Burial will be at Old Mill Cemetery.
He was born Dec. 10, 1944, in Wayne County to Aaron and Gertie Hutchins Lewis.
He survived by four sons.
Visitation will be Thursday at 11 a.m. to noon at the church.
Arrangements are by J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremation.
