Gladys Leggett Barnes, 87, Kenly, died Thursday at SECU Hospice House of Smithfield.
Graveside service will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, with the Rev. Curtis Jones officiating.
She was born in Johnston County Jan. 11, 1930, to the late Johnny and Sarah Evans Leggett.
She is survived by her husband, Bobby Eldridge Barnes; two daughters; and two sons.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 tonight at Kenly Funeral Service.
