CECIL WELLS
Aug. 22, 1942-July 25, 2016
Cecil Wells, resident of Houston, Texas, native of the Rones Chapel community near Mount Olive and son of the late Johnnie Mac Wells and Sadie Dixon Wells, died Monday morning, July 25, in a Houston hospital. He was 73.
Surviving are five sisters, Shirley W. Ellis, Beverette W. Davis and Linda Kay Wells all of Mount Olive, Peggy W. Whitted of Harker's Island and Betty W. Reaves of Little River, S.C.; two sisters-in-law, Evelyn W. Wells of Mount Olive and Shirley C. Wells of Calypso; and several nieces and nephews.
Other siblings, who are deceased, include Everette "Shorty" Wells, J.W. Wells and McCray "Crow" Wells.
Arrangements are pending.
Tyndall Funeral Home will be in charge.
