Robert Harvey Sasser Jr., 66, died Monday at his residence.
Born in Wayne County, he was the son of the late Robert H. Sasser and Louise Dale.
He was a veteran of the National Guard and a past member of Goldsboro Exchange Club.
He was the co-owner and operator of Robert's Communications.
Family members will greet friends Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home.
Robert is survived by his daughter, Ashlie Cable and husband, Keith, and his sister, Deborah Harrison.
