Olivia Vann Smith, 64, Warsaw, died Monday at Vidant Duplin Hospital in Kenansville.
Funeral will be at Rose Hill Funeral Home chapel in Rose Hill Friday at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Gregory Carr officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill Funeral Home Cemetery in Magnolia.
She is survived by two daughters.
Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Rose Hill Funeral Home.
