Barbara C. Wiggins, 65, 124 Hailey Drive, died Monday at home.
Memorial service will be Thursday at 4 p.m. in James T. Haskins Memorial Chapel of Haskins Funeral Home.
She was born July 30, 1950, in Wayne County to E. Allen and Marianne Wegener Allen. She was married to George Wiggins.
She is survived by three children.
