Carol Ann White Kennedy, 53, died at Goldsboro Assisted Living Saturday.
Memorial service will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Emmaus Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jim Willoughby officiating.
She was the daughter of Lois S. White and the late Maynard White.
Arrangements are by Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and Crematory.
