Dezy'rai Reynee Wilder, 2 weeks old, died Thursday at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in Chapel Hill.
Funeral will be Tuesday at noon at Bentonville Disciples of Christ Church in Four Oaks. Burial will be in Wesley Atkinson Family Cemetery in Four Oaks.
She was born June 22, 2015, in New Hanover County to K'Qvontay J. Wilder and Krystal R. Smith.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 11 a.m. to noon at the church.
Arrangements are by J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
