FREMONT -- Dwight Dee Ginn, 49, Fremont, passed away Tuesday at home.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 7 p.m. from the chapel of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont, with visitation afterward. A graveside service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery in Fremont.
Mr. Ginn was born in Wayne County March 27, 1963, to Shirley Pender Ginn of Goldsboro and the late General Jackson "Jack" Ginn.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Dustin Ginn of Patetown; four brothers, Phillip Ginn (Phyllis) of Pikeville, Steve Ginn (Phyllis) of Goldsboro, Mike Ginn (Barbara) of Smithfield and Timothy Ginn of Fremont; two sisters, Renee Pena (Israel) of Texas and Regina Green of Fremont; and special friends, Paul and Joanna Boykin of Fremont.
