Pordis "Paul" Wade Sr., 104 Somerset Drive, died Friday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at Bear Creek Headquarters Association Building. Interment will be at Old Mill Cemetery.
He was born to the late John Allen Wade and the late Calena Rowe Wade Sept. 1, 1940.
He is survived by five daughters and two sons.
Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 7 p.m., with the family present from 6 to 7 p.m. at E.M. Matthews Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends at the residence, where it will assemble for the funeral procession.
