Adam Joseph Mathias, 88, died Sunday at Willow Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Goldsboro.
All services will be held privately.
He was born in Wayne County, Mich., Feb. 4, 1924, to the late Joseph and Babara Kos Mathias.
He is survived by his children.
The family is being served by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory.
