FAISON -- David Lee Thompson of 296 Strawberry Patch Road died Thursday at his home.
He was born March 1, 1948, to Maggie Smith Thompson and Roosevelt Faison.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Jackson Tabernacle, Mount Olive with the Rev. Roosevelt Herring officiating. Burial will follow in Cobs Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Thompson and five children.
Viewing will be held today from 3-7 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home Chapel.
