DOWNEY, Calif. -- Lee Henderson Forte died Friday at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center.
A memorial service will be at Rose Hills Memorial Park Hilliside Chapel in Whittier, Calif., Friday at 3 p.m.
He was born Oct. 10, 1930, in Wayne County.
