DUDLEY -- J.C. Powers, 72, Mitchell Road, died Tuesday evening at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be held Friday at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home at 4 p.m. A committal service will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Dotson Cemetery in Pound, Va.
He was the son of the late Arnold A. and Rosa M. Powers.
Mr. Powers is survived by a son and two daughters.
The family will receive friends following the service Friday.
