Two more defendants sentenced in Shanekqua Thompson murder

Two men involved in the Oct. 31, 2014 murder of 21-year-old Shanekqua Adriana Thompson were sentenced today in Wayne County Superior Court.
Both men had already taken plea deals in exchange for testimony against Alquan De-shawn Hill, who was convicted April 21 of first-degree murder and other charges for his part in the killing.
Cequon Aredale Phillips was sentenced to 58 to 82 months in prison for accessory after the fact to second-degree murder.
Joshua Collins was sentenced to 221 to 278 months in prison for second-degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and discharging a firearm into occupied property in conveyance and operation causing serious injury.
Both men will be given credit for the time they've already served in jail, which is 896 days.
Hill was also convicted of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle in operation.
Hill was sentenced to life without parole for first-degree murder, and sentenced to an additional 92 to 123 months in prison for the other charges he was convicted on.
These three men are the first of six who have been charged in Thompson's murder to be sentenced in the case.
Rahmel Phillips, Anthony Graham and Davine Carr have also been been charged in the killing.
Witness testimony given in Hill's trial revealed two other men were present that night, but are known only by the nicknames "First 48" and "Spazz."
They have not been found, arrested or charged since the murder.
