Boat stolen from Lake Wackena yard

A boat was reported stolen from a man's yard last week when he returned from vacation and saw it was missing.
Robert Wallace White, 73, of Lake Wackena Road, reported to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office Tuesday that when he came home from vacation his boat was not in the spot he left it in.
According to a report, the boat was secured with a lock.
The boat is a 1986 15-foot Grunman boat valued at $2,100.
A Cox boat trailer valued at $1,000, a gray boat canvas valued at $200 and miscellaneous fishing equipment valued at $400 was also reported by White as being stolen.
