Two charged with heroin possession

Two Goldsboro men were arrested Friday on charges of possession with intent to sell or deliver heroin.
Dylan Christopher Sugg, 21, of 222 Becton Circle, was charged with one count of possession with intent to sell or deliver heroin and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sugg was given a $3,000 secured bond.
Joshua Phillips, 25, also of 222 Becton Circle, was also charged with one count of possession with intent to sell or deliver heroin and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Phillips was given a $1,500 secured bond.
Officers with the Wayne County Drug Unit were contacted by the North Carolina Department of Probation and Parole Friday to assist with searching Phillips and Sugg's residence.
During the search, officers found heroin and multiple pieces of drug paraphernalia.
