An airman stationed at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base has confessed to murdering his estranged wife in front of their 2-year-old child.
Steven Williams, 30, is charged with second-degree murder and child neglect for allegedly murdering Tricia Williams Todd, 30.
Ms. Todd disappeared in Hobe Sound, Fla., sometime between April 26 and April 27.
