Wayne County Board of Elections workers Mamie Chase and Dave Galloway print out a ballot for a voter participating in one-stop voting this morning at the Board of Elections office. One-stop voting for the city's mayoral and District 4 primary races got under way Thursday morning and 89 people cast ballots. The top two vote-getters in each primary election will face off in their respective races in the Nov. 3 municipal election. One-stop voting continues through Saturday, Oct. 3, at the Board of Elections office, 209 S. William St.
