Goldsboro police have arrested a 31-year-old in connection to the threat made against Wayne Community College this morning. Kentrell Lamont Chadwick, of Prince Avenue, was charged with making a false report concerning mass violence on educational property and is being held in the Wayne County Jail under a $100,000 bond.
