Dean Hilburn rings up a customer for Powerball tickets this morning at Save More on Ash Street. With a jackpot of $485 million, Hilburn says he has seen an increase in sales of tickets, especially people who don't play regularly -- including himself. "When it's this high, I'll buy a couple," he said.
