Woman arrested on two fugitive warrants

A Seven Springs woman wanted on fugitive warrants from Lenoir and Duplin counties is in the Wayne County Jail under a $110,000 secured bond after local authorities charged her with manufacturing methamphetamine.
Patricia Parker Fellenbaum, 57, 4736 Highway 55 E, is charged with manufacture of methamphetamine and maintaining a dwelling for the use or sale of a controlled substance.
Goldsboro/Wayne County Interagency Drug Task Force officers charged Ms. Fellenbaum Thursday at her residence in Seven Springs.
She is also wanted on drug and traffic charges in Lenoir and Duplin counties, according to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office.
Ms. Fellenbaum has been a fugitive since February 2014.
