Chief judge Blair Elliot and poll worker Bobby Jones insert a ballot into an electronic counter from a curbside voter this morning at WAGES on Royall Avenue. Wayne County voters took to the polls today to cast ballots in both Republican and Democratic primaries. Voters in the city had the opportunity to decide the fate of an $18.9 million bond referendum for parks and recreation improvements.
