What a way to kick off the live shows.
Goldsboro's Majesty York was the first to perform on "American Idol" Tuesday and was praised by the judges for her take on the Pharrell Williams hit "Happy."
Jennifer Lopez and Keith Urban loved her stage presence and her range -- and Ryan Seacrest even gave her props for her oversized afro.
An overwhelming number of you followed Majesty alongside us via social media, and we hope more will during Thursday's elimination show.
