On July 2, the resident of 1004--B Slaughter Street reported that while inside her residence that morning, at approximately 5:25 a.m. she was awakened by one known suspect and three unknown suspects breaking into her home.
According to the report, the four suspects damaged property and attacked another man inside the residence with a butcher knife.
The resident identified the suspect with the butcher knife as Bryan Williams and said that one of the other suspects had a handgun.
All four suspects fled the scene.
Warrants were secured on Bryan Marquail Williams for first degree burglary, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and assault with a deadly weapon with a minor present.
