Linda Olanovich helps her 16-month-old granddaughter Eleanor Swanson put paper feathers on a cutout of a peacock that they were making after story-telling time at the Pikeville branch of the Wayne County Library on Thursday. The library, located on West Main Street, holds story time on Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. It is open Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. and Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 2 to 6 p.m.
