16-year-old girl missing for a month

Breanna Steffenhagen will have been missing for a month come Thursday. Penny Steffenhagen reported her daughter missing to Goldsboro Police on Sept. 11, after the 16-year-old failed to return home.
Breanna left her residence at 809 S. Best St. at about 11:30 p.m. that Tuesday, wearing a black shirt and black pants, with red and black shoes. She had two streaks in her hair of a pinkish-orange color, according to the report. She is thought by police to still be in the Goldsboro area.
