Law enforcement officers prepare to tow away the wreckage of a black Jeep Grand Cherokee that crashed Saturday afternoon on Smithfield Highway about a mile west of O'Berry Center. The driver lost control of the vehicle, eventually hitting an embankment and a tree. The driver was transported to Wayne Memorial Hospital. The driver's condition and name were unavailable at press time.
