Emily Best tries on a hat at The Chapeau Chateau booth of the Merry Market, held at First Presbyterian Church Friday and Saturday. This is the third year for the fundraiser, sponsored by the women of the church to raise money for international and local missions, said Mrs. Best, chairperson of the event. Thirty-five vendors and craftspeople participated this year, displaying handmade crafts, homemade jams and other food items and an array of decorative and gift items.
