Strawberry fields aren't forever this year

Jennifer Delisio operates a strawberry stand on Berkeley Boulevard near Lowe's for Cottle Farms. Conditions have been good for strawberries this year, with just enough rain and moderate to warm temperatures helping to create juicy, sweet berries. But even though the season is expected to last through May and possibly into early June, it won't last forever, making now a good time to buy or pick at one of the many stands and fields in Wayne County.
