Santa Claus makes his way down the parade route during the annual Pikeville Christmas Parade on Sunday. Hundreds withstood the chilly temperatures to attend the event. The area is in the midst of its busy parade season, with Parkstown's at 3:45 p.m. Thursday, Cherry-O'Berry's at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Faison's at 5 p.m. Saturday and Eureka's at 3 p.m. Sunday.
