Man, 65, charged in child sex case

PIKEVILLE -- Billie Wayne Stark, 65, of Pikeville, was charged Wednesday with indecent liberties with a child.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office received a report of a sexual assault involving Stark and a 10-year-old girl.
Stark admitted to being arrested in the past for a similar offense involving another child in another state several years ago.
The incident allegedly took place at Stark's home on Weathervane Road.
According to reports, Stark had an undisclosed relationship with the child before the incident.
He is being held under a $40,000 secured bond.
