The Goldsboro Police Department have secured warrants against a man for charges of attempted murder and kidnapping.
Darryl Allen Jr., 23, Wilson Street is wanted for an incident occurring at his place of residence on Oct. 4. where a victim was seriously injured, including receiving blows from a bat.
