Survivors release balloons into the sky as they conclude their survivor lap to kickoff the 2010 Relay festivities Friday evening.
A crowd of survivors and supporters packed the track and midway at this year's Relay for Life celebration Friday evening.
Well before official festivities began at 6 p.m., Relay participants gathered for a combination of food, fun, fellowship and festivities to support the fight against cancer.
The event was scheduled to conclude at 10:30 a.m. this morning.
